This project was exhibited in the show, "부비다" at the Nanji Gallery, Seoul Museum of Art, Seoul, Korea.
The concept of this show is to mix up artists' pieces altogether and avoid keeping separate space for each artist. In this way, the show prevents viewers to distinguish whose work is.
Through this confusing way of installation, this exhibition questions on the curatorship of organizing an exhibition. In this room, the gravel path on the floor is Woojin Chang's work, while the floating light objects are from Yiyun Kang. As viewers follow the curved path on the floor by Chang, they trigger the infrared sensors inside of the lights by Kang and make them to dim up and down.
Those different pieces from two different artists make a harmonizing atmosphere, and by the physical participation of the viewers, this project could be ultimately completed.
