"Dyslexia_02" is interacive video installation piece
that were exhibited in Yiyun Kang's first solo exhibition in Seoul, Korea.
This exhibition was fully supported by Seoul Museum of Art's
"Seoul Emerging Artists program 2009".
This piece offers an active moment to audiences to play with the interface that artist creates. The words projected onto the book on the desk interact with audiences as they approach to read them. Letters are bouncing off in accordance with the hands’ movements. In this way, this project articulates a playful yet frustrating experience in that participants' effort trying to grasp the words and read them finally turns out to be almost impossible.
